Welcome to the MassCor Optical Services Online Ordering System, a service of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, MassCor Industries and MassHealth.

The MassCor Optical Services Online Ordering System provides eligible MassHealth Providers with the ability to place MassCor Industries optical orders electronically.

If you have questions about using this service, please contact us by phone at 888-482-7331 between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday.

Contact MassCor at 888-482-7331 to request an account and access to this system. You will need to be an eligible MassHealth Provider. Please be prepared with your Provider number, name, address, phone number and have a valid e-mail address prior to calling.

To Our Valued MassHealth Providers:

  • The MassHealth Provider Portal will be down for scheduled maintenance from Friday March 14, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. through Monday, March 17, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Please plan accordingly.
