The MassCor Industries Optical Ordering System website is for use by approved MassHealth optical providers.
By using this optical ordering system website, the provider agrees to abide by all applicable rules and regulations of MassHealth and MassCor Industries with respect to the placement of eyeglass orders. The provider also certifies that the individual using the MassCor Industries Optical Ordering System is authorized to place eyeglass orders for patients pursuant to the rules and regulations of MassHealth.
Only orders for patients who have been approved by MassHealth for the provision of vision services may be entered into the MassCor Industries Optical Ordering system.
The provider agrees to comply with all applicable federal and state law and regulations governing the confidentiality and privacy of health care information (HIPAA regulations) as may be applicable in connection with the provider's utilization of the MassCor Industries Optical Ordering system.
